Employment Verifications

Welcome to WORKVS. We have contracted with BEST DRIVERS to process their driver employment verifications.
Employment Verification for any driver applicant for either Driving History or Wage History can be obtained through WORKVS. Note that Wage History is only provided to financial or lending institutions and to governmental authorities.
There are three options for verifications. Click one of the 3 options below to go to the appropriate verification request form:

Standard: This is a simple verification covering only Accident History and Drug & Alcohol information.

Enhanced: This includes the above, plus additional driver-related information. For each Enhanced verification report there is a fee of $10 to be paid through our PayPal account.

Government authority or current Best Drivers client: This is the same as the Enhanced verification except that no fee is charged.
For Wage Verifications please submit an Enhanced Verification Request with wage verification selected including payment and then fax the form requests to (865)977-9322 Attn: Benita

Enhanced Verification

For each verification there is a fee of $10 to be paid through our PayPal account. Just complete and submit the form below specifying your company name and contact information, the driver applicant's name, the type of verification requested, and for Driving History verification, the applicable regional BEST DRIVERS office.
After this form is submitted, you wil be transferred to a page containing a PayPal payment form. Completing the form and clicking the "PayPal Buy Now" button will take you to the secure PayPal payment process where payment can be made by credit card.
After we receive your information, including verification of the payment through PayPal, we will provide the employment verification.
